أصدرت المحكمة الابتدائية بالحسيمة أحكاما بالسجن شهرا واحدا موقوف التنفيذ في حق ستة أشخاص، بعد ثبوت تورطهم في ممارسة التسول.
وتسعى هذه الخطوة إلى الحد من انتشار الظاهرة في المنطقة، خاصة حين ترتبط بالاحتيال أو باستغلال أوضاع اجتماعية هشة.
وفي قضية أخرى، أيدت محكمة الاستئناف بالحسيمة حكما سابقا ضد امرأة استغلت أطفالا في التسول، حيث تمت معاقبتها بستة أشهر حبسا موقوف التنفيذ وغرامة مالية قدرها 500 درهم، إضافة إلى متابعتها بتهم تتعلق بسوء معاملة هؤلاء الأطفال.
