وتواصل طنجة تعزيز مكانتها كإحدى أبرز الوجهات السياحية بالمغرب، إذ حلت في المرتبة الرابعة وطنيا بعد مراكش وأكادير والدار البيضاء.
وخلال شهر يونيو وحده، ارتفعت ليالي المبيت المسجلة في فنادق المدينة بنحو 23 في المائة، لتصل إلى 168 ألفا و910 ليالٍ، مع معدل ملء بلغ 48 في المائة.
