الرشيدي : جهات تقود حربا قذرة لإفشال مؤتمر حزب الإستقلال
خرج عبد الجبار الرشيدي، رئيس اللجنة التحضيرية لمؤتمر حزب الاستقلال، عن صمته في ما يتعلق بأخبار الشكاية التي تم التقدم بها ضده من طرف أحد أعضاء حزبه، يتهمه فيها بتبديد أموال عمومية على خلفية “صفقات الدراسات”.
وقال الرشيدي في بيان توضيحي، توصلت صحيفة “9 أبريل” بنسخة منه، أن الدعوى “تأتي في سياق الحرب القذرة التي تقودها بعض الجهات التي أصبحت معروفة وتشتغل على أجندة مفضوحة بأساليب غير أخلاقية، بهدف عرقلة عمل اللجنة التحضيرية وإفشال عقد المؤتمر العام الثامن عشر، والمس بسمعة الأشخاص وشرفهم”.
وأكد الرشيدي في بيانه، أن “صاحب الدعوى انتحل صفات تنظيمية غير حقيقية من أجل إيهام الرأي العام وتغليطه”. مسجلا أن الدعوى المرفوعة ضده بصفته المكلف بالصفقات الخاصة بالدراسات “تنم عن جهل كبير، وعن تزوير واضح للحقائق بهدف تغليط الرأي العام”.
وأضاف المتحدث بأن مهمته “تنحصر فقط في رئاسة اللجنة العلمية المنوط بها التأكد من احترام الدراسات الضوابط والمنهجية العلمية، ومدى احترام المتعهدين دفتر الشروط الخاصة التي وضعها الحزب، والمتعلقة بكل دراسة على حدة”، وزاد: “لا علاقة لي بالتدبير المالي لهذه الدراسات. ويتوفر المجلس الأعلى للحسابات على ملف متكامل في الموضوع”.
وأشار الرشيدي أنه “سيسلك جميع المساطر القانونية والقضائية في حق كل من يستهدف المس بسمعتي وكرامتي، والتشهير بشرفي؛ مع فضح جميع من يقفون وراء هذا الاستهداف الممنهج والظالم”.
