توقيف ممتهن للتسول تظاهر بالإعاقة للنصب على مواطنين
أوقفت المصالح الأمنية بمدينة طنجة، ممتهنا للتسول يقوم بالنصب على مواطنين عن طريق التظاهر بأنه معاق جسديا، كانت ظهر في مقطع فيديو انتشر بشكل كبير يفضح تصرفاته.
وحسب مصادر محلية، فإن عناصر الشرطة السياحية تفاعلت مع مقطع الفيديو، لتباشر أبحاثها حول بطله، الذي ثم ضبطه في حالة تخدير وهو يقوم بممارسة نشاطه في التسول بأحد الإشارات المرورية وسط مدينة طنجة.
وقد أحالت عناصر الشرطة القضائية الموقوف على مصالح الضابطة القضائية بولاية أمن طنجة، التي باشرت إجراءات الاستماع له في محاضر رسمية حول المنسوب له، والمتعلق بالتسول عن طريق النصب بالتظاهر باعاقة جسدية، قبل وضعه رهن تدابير الحراسة النظرية، قبل إحالته على أنظار النيابة العامة المختصة.
