أزمة خانقة تهدد حياة المرضى في المغرب بسبب نقص حاد في الأدوية الحيوية
يشهد المغرب أزمة صحية متفاقمة نتيجة نقص حاد في عدد من الأدوية الأساسية، مما أثار قلق المرضى والعاملين في القطاع الطبي وأدى إلى دعوات متزايدة من البرلمانيين للتدخل العاجل من قبل السلطات.
وقد أطلقت الجمعية المغربية لطب الأطفال (SMP) تحذيراً من خطورة الوضع في رسالة موجهة إلى وزارة الصحة والحماية الاجتماعية، أشارت فيها إلى نقص أدوية حيوية مخصصة للأطفال، لا سيما في الحالات الحرجة، حيث لا تتوفر بدائل لبعضها.
ويشمل النقص أدوية أساسية مثل مضادات السكري والأنسولين، وأدوية ضغط الدم، واللقاحات، ومضادات التسمم بالكزاز، بالإضافة إلى أدوية السرطان، وقطرات العين لعلاج الزرق، والكورتيكوستيرويدات. كما يمتد العجز ليشمل الحقن المضادة للغثيان، ومنتجات التصوير الطبي، والأدوية النفسية، وأخرى.
وفي مواجهة هذه التحديات، أشار وزير الصحة والحماية الاجتماعية، أمين الطهرواي، أمام مجلس المستشارين، إلى أن النقص يرتبط بشكل رئيسي بمشكلات في سلاسل التوريد الدولية حيث تنتج العديد من هذه الأدوية.
كما أوضح أن حتى الأدوية الجنيسة المصنّعة محلياً لم تسلم من تأثير هذه الأزمة.
ويظل الوضع مثيراً للقلق، حيث يتطلب معالجة سريعة لضمان توفير الأدوية الضرورية وحماية صحة المواطنين، خاصة في ظل التبعات المباشرة لهذه الأزمة على حياة المرضى.
