المحكمة تدين المتهمين في قضية مقتل شرطي خلال تدخل أمني
أصدرت المحكمة الابتدائية ببني ملال، أمس الاثنين، أحكاما بالحبس النافذ في قضية الشرطي عبد الغاني رضوان، الذي توفي خلال تدخل أمني ببني ملال.
حكمت المحكمة على المتهم الرئيسي بالسجن 4 سنوات ونصف، وعلى شريكه بسنتين ونصف.
تعود الواقعة إلى 17 دجنبر الماضي، حينما تدخلت فرقة مكافحة العصابات لتوقيف مشتبه فيه مطلوب وطنياً بتهم الاتجار بالمخدرات.
رفض المشتبه فيه الامتثال وهاجم الشرطة بسلاح أبيض، مما أدى إلى إطلاق نار أصاب الشرطي عبد الغاني عن طريق الخطأ، وتوفي لاحقا.
القضية أثارت تضامنا واسعا واعتبر الشرطي شهيد الواجب المهني.
