صفعة جديدة لعمدة طنجة.. سوق “سيدي احساين” في خبر كان!
رفض أغلبية مستشاري جماعة طنجة، قبل قليل، المصادقة على دفتر تحملات تنظيم واستغلال السوق الأسبوعي بمنطقة سيدي احساين.
وصوت لصالح القرار 25 مستشارا، بينما رفضه 28 آخرون، ما أدى إلى إسقاط دفتر التحملات وإلغاء المشروع.
وقد أثار تفويت هذا السوق جدلا واسعا بين المستشارين، إذ رأى بعضهم أن العملية تحوم حولها شبهات، في حين اعتبر آخرون أن المصادقة على دفتر التحملات كانت ستساهم في تنظيم السوق بشكل أكثر فعالية.
وبما أن عمدة طنجة كان الداعم الرئيسي لهذا القرار، فقد وجد نفسه في موقف محرج أمام هذا الانقسام الحاد داخل المجلس، خاصة أن بعض أعضاء التحالف الذي يقوده رفضوا التصويت معه، مما زاد من تعقيد المشهد السياسي المحلي.
واعتبر مراقبون أن رفض دفتر تحملات السوق الأسبوعي يعد صفعة جديدة لعمدة طنجة، لكن ما يزيد من وطأتها أنها جاءت من مكونات أغلبيته.
وفي هذا السياق، علق أحد مستشاري التحالف الثلاثي قائلا: “ما هذه سوى بداية الانقلاب على رئيس المجلس”.
