بينهم طنجة.. المغرب يعلق صفقات النقل الحضري بالمدن الكبرى استعدادا لإصلاحات شاملة
أصدر وزير الداخلية، عبد الوافي لفتيت، تعليماته بتعليق جميع صفقات النقل الحضري بالمدن الكبرى، في ظل التحديات المتزايدة التي تعيق تطور هذا المرفق الحيوي، وذلك في خطوة استراتيجية لإعادة هيكلة قطاع النقل الحضري.
ويأتي هذا القرار في سياق استعدادات المملكة لاحتضان تظاهرات عالمية كبرى، ما يستدعي تطوير منظومة نقل حضري حديثة وفعالة، تتماشى مع المعايير الدولية وتلبي تطلعات المواطنين في تنقل أكثر سلاسة واستدامة.
في هذا الإطار، شرعت وزارة الداخلية، بالتعاون مع البنك الدولي والوكالة الفرنسية للتنمية، في وضع خارطة طريق للتنقلات الحضرية المستدامة في أفق 2040، استنادًا إلى دراسات معمقة أجراها الشريكان الدوليان.
وتركز هذه الخطة على إعادة هيكلة قطاع النقل الحضري عبر عدة محاور أساسية، أبرزها:
- إعطاء الأولوية للنقل الجماعي كخيار أساسي لحركة التنقل داخل المدن.
- تحسين الولوجية لضمان خدمات ملائمة للفئات الهشة جسديا وماديا وتعزيز المساواة بين الجنسين.
- تعزيز الاستدامة البيئية عبر إدماج معايير صديقة للبيئة في مراحل التخطيط والتنفيذ.
ومن المرتقب أن تسهم هذه الإصلاحات في تحسين جودة خدمات النقل الحضري، وتعزيز كفاءة التنقل داخل المدن، بما ينعكس إيجابا على جاذبيتها وقدرتها على استقطاب الاستثمارات، ويجعلها أكثر استجابة لمتطلبات التنمية المستدامة.
