في احترام للمقتضيات القانونية.. جماعة أصيلة تجري مراسم تسليم السلط
تم يومه الأربعاء 9 أبريل 2025، بمقر جماعة أصيلة، إجراء عملية تسليم السلط بين النائب الأول للرئيس السابق لمجلس جماعة أصيلة، السيد جابر عدلاني، والرئيس المنتخب الجديد، السيد طارق غيلان.
جاء ذلك في إطار احترام المقتضيات القانونية المنظمة للجماعات الترابية، وعملاً بأحكام المرسوم رقم 2.16.304 الصادر بتاريخ 23 رمضان 1437 الموافق لـ29 يونيو 2016، المتعلق بتطبيق المادة 49 من القانون التنظيمي رقم 113.14.
وجرت مراسم التسليم بحضور السيد محمد العمراني، رئيس قسم الجماعات الترابية بعمالة طنجة أصيلة، ممثلا لوالي جهة طنجة تطوان الحسيمة وعامل عمالة طنجة أصيلة، إلى جانب حورية بلسيق، باشا مدينة أصيلة، وأعضاء مكتب المجلس الجماعي.
وتندرج هذه العملية ضمن مسار ضمان استمرارية المرفق العمومي، وترسيخ مبادئ الشفافية والحكامة الجيدة في تدبير الشأن المحلي.
