تحذير عاجل.. ثغرة خطيرة في واتساب تهدد ملايين الحواسيب والتحديث هو الحل
أصدر مركز اليقظة والرصد والتصدي للهجمات المعلوماتية، التابع للمديرية العامة لأمن نظم المعلومات، نشرة أمنية، تنبه المستخدمين إلى وجود ثغرة أمنية خطيرة تم اكتشافها في تطبيق واتساب الخاص بالحواسيب التي تعمل بنظام ويندوز.
وبحسب النشرة، فإن الخلل الأمني يصيب الإصدارات السابقة للنسخة 2.2450.6 من التطبيق، وقد يشكل تهديدا مباشرا لأمن البيانات وسلامة الأجهزة.
شركة “ميتا” المطورة للتطبيق سارعت إلى معالجة المشكلة وأطلقت تحديثا لسد هذه الثغرة، التي تحمل التصنيف CVE-2025-30401، وتم اكتشافها من قبل باحث أمني مستقل.
وأشار الخبراء إلى أن استغلال هذه الثغرة قد يمكن المهاجمين من تنفيذ تعليمات ضارة عن بعد، مثل زرع برمجيات خبيثة أو التجسس على أنشطة المستخدمين وسرقة بياناتهم.
وفي هذا السياق، ناشد المركز جميع مستخدمي واتساب على أجهزة الكمبيوتر بضرورة تحديث التطبيق فورا إلى الإصدار الأخير، لتفادي أي تهديدات إلكترونية محتملة.
