تمكنت فرقة الهيئة الحضرية لمنطقة بني مكادة العاملة بالمحطة الطرقية بطنجة مساء يوم أمس الجمعة 30 يونيو المنصرم ، من توقيف شخص يبلغ من العمر 55 سنة، وذلك للاشتباه في تورطه في قضية تتعلق بحيازة وترويج المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية.
وقد جرى توقيف المشتبه فيه داخل المحطة الطرقية بطنجة ، مباشرة بعد اقتناءه لتذكرة سفر متوجها لمدينة فاس ، حيث أسفرت عملية التفتيش المنجزة عن حجز ما مجموعه 850 قرص طبي من نوع اكستازي.
وقد تم الاحتفاظ بالمشتبه فيه تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية رهن إشارة البحث القضائي الذي يجري تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك للكشف عن جميع ظروف وملابسات هذه القضية، وكذا تحديد التقاطعات والارتباطات المحتملة لهذا النشاط الإجرامي.
