الحبس والغرامة لفلاح متهم بزراعة الكيف نواحي الحسيمة
أصدرت الغرفة الجنحية التلبسية بالمحكمة الابتدائية بتارجيست بإقليم الحسيمة، حكما مشددا ضد شخص متهم بزراعة القنب الهندي المعروف بالكيف.
وتمت متابعة المتهم من قبل النيابة العامة، في حالة اعتقال بعد ان وجهت إليه تهم زراعة القنب الهندي في حالة العود و استهلاك المخدرات و محاولة إنتاجها.
وقضت المحكمة بمؤاخذة المتهم من اجل المنسوب اليه في حالة العود والحكم عليه بعشرة أشهر حبسا نافذا وغرامة مالية نافذة قدرها الف درهم مع تحميله الصائر مكرها في الأدنى.
وياتي هذا الحكم في الوقت الذي شهدت فيه اقاليم الحسيمة، تاونات وشفشاون، اعطاء الانطلاقة الرسمية لزرعة اول محصول للقنب الهندي الموجه للاستعمالات الصناعية.
