اضطر مفتش شرطة يعمل بالمنطقة الإقليمية للأمن بمدينة شفشاون، مساء اليوم الأربعاء 15 نونبر الجاري، لاستعمال سلاحه الوظيفي في تدخل أمني لتوقيف شخص مبحوث عنه في قضايا المخدرات، والذي رفض الامتثال وعرّض موظف شرطة لاعتداء جسدي باستعمال السلاح الأبيض.
وكانت عناصر الشرطة القضائية قد تدخلت لتوقيف المشتبه فيه، الذي يشكل موضوع مذكرة بحث على الصعيد الوطني لتورطه في قضية تتعلق بترويج المخدرات، غير أنه رفض الامتثال وأبدى مقاومة عنيفة باستعمال أداة حادة، مما تسبب في إصابة أحد عناصر الدورية الأمنية بجروح في الرأس، بينما اضطر مفتش الشرطة لإطلاق رصاصة تحذيرية في الهواء قبل إصابة المشتبه فيه على مستوى أطرافه السفلى.
وقد تم الاحتفاظ بالمشتبه فيه تحت الحراسة الطبية بالمستشفى، رهن العلاج، وذلك في انتظار إخضاعه للبحث القضائي الذي أمرت به النيابة العامة المختصة، للكشف عن جميع ظروف وملابسات وخلفيات هذه القضية.
