وافقت الحكومة مبدئيا على مطلب الزيادة في أجور مهنيي وزارة الصحة، أمس الأربعاء 27 دجنبر 2023، خلال الاجتماع الذي جمع النقابة المستقلة لأطباء القطاع العام بمدير الموارد البشرية لوزارة الصحة والحماية الاجتماعية، وبحضور ممثلين عن وزارة الاقتصاد والمالية والوزارة المنتدبة المكلفة بالميزانية والوزارة المنتدبة لدى رئيس الحكومة مكلفة بالانتقال الرقمي وإصلاح الادارة، والأمانة العامة للحكومة.
وحسب تقرير حول اللقاء، فقد أكدت النقابة المستقلة لأطباء القطاع العام على “ضرورة رفع الحيف الذي تعرضت له فئة الأطباء والصيادلة وجراحي الأسنان خلال سنوات طويلة وخصوصا منذ سنة 2011، بحرمانها من تخويل 509 الذي لم يفعل إلا بداية 2023، وكذا حرمانهم من درجتين بعد خارج الإطار وإقصائهم من اتفاق 2017 في وقت استفادت فئات أخرى داخل قطاع الصحة من امتيازات كبيرة
وتابعت النقابة وفقا للتقرير ذاته، أن “الجانب المالي رغم أهميته وضرورته في هاته المرحلة، فإنه يبقى ثانويا أمام الأهمية المحورية للضمانات والحفاظ على المكتسبات السابقة التي يتضمنها النظام الأساسي للوظيفة العمومية، ومن ضمنها صفة موظف والضمانات التي يجب أن تتوفر للأجر الثابت من خلال الميزانية العامة، لأنه من باب المسؤولية الوطنية تقديم أجوبة واضحة وقانونية على كل التخوفات المشروعة للأطباء بدل الغموض الذي يؤرق الأطباء حاليا”.
وفي هذا الصدد، أكد مدير الموارد البشرية على “محورية نقطة الضمانات التي يجب توفيرها لمهنيي الصحة، سواء في نقطة الأجور أو باقي القوانين والمراسيم”.
كما رافع المكتب الوطني على “ملفي تعويضات طب الشغل والمدرسة الوطنية للصحة العمومية، حيث أكد المدير أنه بالنسبة لطب الشغل راسلت وزارة الصحة مؤخرا رئيس الحكومة لاعتماد مسطرة تجاوز التأشير، أما بالنسبة لملف المدرسة الوطنية فهو في طريقه إلى الحل”.
هذا، وخلص اللقاء الى “بداية نقاش الضمانات المذكورة بحضور مختلف ممثلي القطاعات الحكومية غدا، مع التعهد بتقديم جميع الأجوبة القانونية والتقنية بشكل مفصل على جميع الإشكاليات التي طرحتها النقابة المستقلة”.
