صرحت مصادر إعلامية، اليوم الخميس، نهاية القتال للرجل المدعو محمد بودرقه الملقب بـ”أبو محمد الفاتح”، أحد أمراء داعش المغاربة السابقين في سوريا، الذي تم اعتقاله نهاية يوليوز 2021 في اليونان، بناء على معلومات قدمتها المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني والمديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني.
وأضافت وسائل الإعلام اليونانية، أن السلطات القضائية في أثينا قررت تسليم الرجل الذي يدعى محمد بودرقة، الذي كان زعيما معروفا في تنظيم داعش الإرهابي بسوريا، الى المغرب.
تم اعتقال المتهم المعروف بالاسم الحركي “أبو محمد الفاتح”، نهاية يوليوز 2021 باليونان، بناء على معلومات دقيقة قدمتها مصالح الأمن المغربية، ممثلة بالمديرية العامة للدراسات والمستندات(DGED) والمديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني (DGST). وكان أيضًا موضوع نشرة بحث حمراء من الإنتربول بناءً على طلب السلطات القضائية المغربية.
وقد أصبح اعتقاله ممكنا بفضل آليات التعاون الأمني بين الأجهزة المغربية ونظيراتها اليونانية والإيطالية والبريطانية والأمريكية.
في سنة 2014 انضم محمد بودرقه إلى صفوف تنظيم داعش في سوريا، حيث تولى عدة مسؤوليات ضمن ما سمية بـ“اللواء الخاص” الذي كان يعمل في منطقة دير الزور، وهيئة الأمر بالمعروف (الحسبة) في الرقة.
وفي مقطع فيديو نشره داعش، ظهر وهو يقوم بالتمثيل بجثة، ويهدد بقتال من وصفهم بـ”أعداء الدين”. وتم القبض عليه عندما حاول السفر إلى أوروبا عبر اليونان، بوثائق سفر مزورة، بصحبة زوجته الفرنسية المغربية لويزة الحجاوي، الملقبة بأم هجر.
وافق مجلس الدولة أعلى محكمة في اليونان، يوم الأربعاء 27 دجنبر 2023، على تسليمه، مؤكدا بذلك قرارات محكمة الاستئناف في سالونيك والمحكمة العليا اليونانية.
وشككت هذه المحاكم في ادعاءات المتهم بأن حقوقه ستُنتهك في المغرب، حيث قد لا يستفيد من محاكمة عادلة، وهو ما رفضه القضاء اليوناني بجميع درجاته حيث اقر بان المملكة دولة حق وقانون ولا يمكن التحجج بالادعاءات التي صدرت عن المتهم التي لا اساس لها من الصحة سوى التهرب من تطبيق القانون وإحقاق العدالة وفقا لما تنص عليه القوانين والاتفاقيات الدولية.
