الحبس والغرامة لشخص أرسل رسائل جنسية لقاصر بالحسيمة
أصدرت المحكمة الابتدائية بتارجسيت حكما بالسجن النافذ لمدة ثلاثة أشهر وغرامة مالية قدرها 500 درهم على شخص متهم بمضايقة قاصر عبر رسائل إلكترونية.
وجهت إلى المشتبه به تهم تتعلق بإرسال رسائل وتسجيلات وصور ذات طبيعة جنسية بغرض التغرير بالقاصر.
بدأت القضية بعد أن تقدم ولي أمر الضحية بشكوى رسمية، مدعومة بالرسائل التي تلقتها ابنته القاصر عبر تطبيق واتساب.
بناء على هذه الشكوى، تم توقيف المتهم ومتابعته في حالة اعتقال.
وتابعت النيابة العامة المتهم بتهمة مضايقة قاصر بوسائل إلكترونية ومحاولة التغرير بها لأغراض جنسية.
وبعد النظر في الأدلة والاستماع إلى الأطراف، قررت المحكمة إدانة المتهم ومعاقبته بالسجن النافذ.
