عندما نشرنا مقالا عن والي جهة طنجة تطوان الحسيمة، يونس التازي، لم يكن بتاتا استهدافا للرجل، أو انتقاصا من قيمته وكفائته. بل كان الأمر يتعلق بملاحظات واختلالات لاحظناها وتلاحظها ساكنة المدينة، وقد عبرنا عنها في تلك المقالة بدون نية الإساءة، بل فرضها الواجب المهني، لعلها تحدث حالة من الاستنهاض وتنبه المسؤولين على المدينة أن هناك إشكالات وجب معالجتها.
كلام كثير قيل ويقال حول الجهة التي دفعت الصحفي إلى كتابة هذه المقالة، هنا أقول بكل صدق لم يحدث يوما أن طلب منا شخص كيفما كانت صفته سياسيا أو رجل أعمال، أو أي شخص آخر بكتابة مقال ضد شخص معين أو فلان، لأن هؤلاء يعلمون جميعا أن هذا الأمر لن يتم، بل سيضع الطالب نفسه في موضع محرج معنا.
نحن نكتب انطلاقا من واقع نعيشه، وباعتبارنا أبناء هذه المدينة.
عندما تكون الإيجابيات فليس لدينا حرج في الحديث عنها، وعندما تكون السلبيات ننبه إليها، ولن نشعر حينها بخجل أو حرج.
ما هو مؤكد أن الوالي التازي، يبذل مجهودات كبيرة، وقد اتخذ قرارات مهمة، منذ تعيينه واليا على طنجة. غير أن قنوات التواصل كانت مقطوعة، مما صعب علينا كصحفيين الوصول إلى المعلومة، وطبيعي حينها أن ينظر الصحفي إلى الجزء الفارغ من الكأس، لأن الجزء الآخر تم حجبه عنا. بقصد أو غير قصد؟ الجواب بيد من يملك القرار داخل دهاليز الولاية.
الكل يعلم انشغالات الوالي، منذ تعيينه فالرجل كان بحاجة إلى وقت كاف لمعرفة مشاكل المدينة، والتخطيط لحلها، وقد بدأ بذلك، وكان يفترض أن تشكل خلية تواصل مع الرأي العام، للإطلاعه على طبيعة القرارت المتخذة، غير أن ذلك لم يتم، بل كان هناك من يحاول تخويف رأس السلطة من مغبة التواصل. فبئس النصيحة.
