أحالت المحكمة الابتدائية في تطوان، يوم السبت، سيدة ظهرت سابقًا في مقاطع فيديو تتعلق بدعوات الهجرة الجماعية عبر معبر “باب سبتة” الأسبوع الماضي، إلى السجن المحلي بتطوان المعروف بـ “الصومال”.
وبحسب مصادر مطلعة، فإن السيدة تدعى “سمية الصالحي”، وقد تم اعتقالها بعد ثلاثة أيام من أحداث الفنيدق في منطقة “القصر الصغير”، حيث تواجه تهمة التحريض على الهجرة غير القانونية. وجرى تقديمها أمام المحكمة الابتدائية في تطوان بعد التحقيق الأولي.
وبعد الاستماع إلى أقوالها، قررت المحكمة متابعتها في حالة اعتقال، وإيداعها في السجن المحلي بتطوان بانتظار استكمال التحقيقات.
من المتوقع أن تمثل المتهمة أمام قاضي التحقيق يوم الجمعة المقبل لمتابعة الإجراءات القانونية وفقًا للمعايير التي تضمن العدالة في المحاكمات.
