أفاد موقع “فينمارك” الروسي عن تمديد الاتفاقية بين حكومتي روسيا الاتحادية والمغرب في مجال الصيد البحري حتى 31 دجنبر 2024. جاء ذلك بعد تبادل المذكرات بين وزارة الخارجية الروسية والسفارة المغربية في موسكو، حيث تم نشر التفاصيل على البوابة الرسمية للمعلومات القانونية.
تتعلق الاتفاقية، الموقعة في 14 شتنبر 2020، بتعزيز التعاون في مجال الصيد البحري، وهي مصممة في الأصل لمدة أربع سنوات. تحدد الحصة الروسية لصيد الأسماك في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأطلسية للمغرب بـ 140 ألف طن سنوياً، كما تم الحفاظ على هيكل الصيد بحسب الأنواع، حيث تشمل السردين والسردينيلا بنسبة 23%، والماكريل والأنشوجة بنسبة 75%.
تبلغ رسوم حق الوصول إلى منطقة الصيد المغربية 7 ملايين دولار سنوياً، بالإضافة إلى رسوم سنوية قدرها 17.5% من إجمالي قيمة المنتجات السمكية المنتجة. وتلزم الاتفاقية مالكي السفن الروس بتوظيف صيادين مغاربة، بحد أدنى 16 شخصاً لكل سفينة.
