أوقفت عناصر المصلحة الولائية للشرطة القضائية بمدينة طنجة، مساء اليوم الأحد 6 أكتوبر الجاري، مواطنا يحمل جنسية دولة أمس، يبلغ من العمر 33 سنة، وذلك لكونه يشكل موضوع أمر دولي بإلقاء القبض صادر عن السلطات البرتغالية، ومبحوث عنه أيضا بمقتضى نشرة حمراء صادرة في مواجهته عن المنظمة الدولية للشرطة الجنائية-أنتربول.
وقد تم تحديد مكان اختفاء المشتبه فيه بناءا على معلومات دقيقة وفرتها مصالح المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني، والتي قادت إلى توقيفه مساء اليوم بمدينة طنجة بعدما ولح المغرب بطريقة غير شرعية.
وتشير المعطيات الأولية للبحث، أن المواطن الأجنبي الموقوف هو واحد من ضمن خمسة مجرمين مصنفين خطر، كانوا قد تمكنوا من الفرار الجماعي من سجن بالبرتغال بتاريخ 7 شتنبر 2024.
وكان المشتبه فيه يقضي عقوبة سجنية بالبرتغال مدتها 25 سنة سجنا نافذا، بسبب ارتباطه بشبكة إجرامية والسرقة باستعمال السلاح والتهديد، وهو يواجه حاليا حسب الأمر الدولي بإلقاء القبض الصادر في حقه عقوبات سجنية مدتها القصوى 31 سنة.
وقد تم إيداع الأجنبي الموقوف تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية على خلفية البحث القضائي الذي أمرت به النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك بالموازاة مع سريان الإجراءات القانونية والمسطرية التي تقتضيها مسطرة تسليم المجرمين في إطار آليات التعاون الأمني الدولي.
ويأتي توقيف المعني بالأمر في سياق الجهود المتواصلة التي يبذلها قطب المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني والمديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني لملاحقة الأشخاص المبحوث عنهم على الصعيد الدولي في قضايا الجريمة العابرة للحدود الوطنية، وحرمانهم من كل ملاذ آمن للاختباء أو الهروب.
وتولي المصالح الأمنية المغربية أهمية بالغة لتعزيز آليات التعاون الأمني الدولي، خصوصا في الجانب العملياتي المرتبط بتشخيص وتعقب وتوقيف الأشخاص المبحوث عنهم على الصعيد الدولي في قضايا إجرامية خطيرة.
