وصع موظف شكاية لدى مصالح الأمن الإقليمي بسلا، يتهم فيها شابا عشرينيا بسرقة هاتفه المحمول ومبلغ مالي.
وباشرت المصالح الأمنية بتعليمات من النيابة العامة تحقيقاتها في القضية بعد عملها على تحديد هوية السارق وإيقافه.
مباشرة بعد وضعه رهن الحراسة النظرية وإخضاعه للبحث التمهيدي تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وأثناء التحقيق معه أدلى بتفاصيل صادمة حول علاقته الشاذة بالموظف المشتكي وخلفية الاتهامات الموجهة إليه.
بعدها تم تقديم الموقوف في حالة اعتقال على أنظار النيابة العامة ومعه الموظف الذي مثل أمامها كذلك في حالة سراح، قبل أن يقرر إحالتهما على قاضي التحقيق الذي قرر بدوره إيداع الشاب سجن تامسنا ومتابعته في حالة إعتقال بتهم السرقة الموصوفة والاحتجاز والشذوذ الجنسي، فيما قرر متابعة الموظف في حالة سراح بتهمة الشذوذ الجنسي.
وحسب تصريحات المتهم في المحضر المنجز، فقد اعترف أنه استقبل الموظف البالغ من العمر 24 سنة، بمنزله الكائن بمنطقة العيايدة بسلا، بناء على دردشة ساخنة سابقة بينهما عبر «الفايسبوك»، انتهت بلقاء حميمي مباشر.
وقال المتهم إنه تم بطلب من الموظف، قبل أن يفجر هذا الأخير الفضيحة بعد تعرضه للسرقة، حيث اتهم الشاب بسرقة هاتفه النقال ومبلغ مالي كان بحوزته، في الوقت الذي لم ينكر أثناء الاستماع إليه إقدامه على الممارسة الجنسية الشاذة مع المشتكى به، ما جعله موضوع متابعة من طرف النيابة العامة بالشذوذ الجنسي.
