قال وزير النقل واللوجيستيك، محمد عبد الجليل، إن أزيد من 3 ملايين مسافر، من ضمنهم 70 بالمائة من المغاربة القاطنين بالخارج، و 705 ألف عربة، عبروا الموانئ المغربية خلال الفترة الممتدة من 05 يونيو إلى غاية 15 شتنبر ، في إطار عملية مرحبا 2024.
وأوضح الوزير خلال ترأسه اليوم الاثنين، اجتماعا موسعا لمناقشة وتقييم حصيلة عملية “مرحبا 2024” في شقها المتعلق بالنقل البحري اليوم الإثنين بالرباط أن هذه الحصيلة تمثل زيادة قدرها 6 بالمائة بالنسبة للمسافرين و10 بالمائة بالنسبة للعربات، مقارنة مع عملية مرحبا 2023.
وبخصوص عرض النقل البحري خلال عملية مرحبا لهذه السنة، أبرز السيد عبد الجليل أن الوزارة قامت بتعبئة ما مجموعه 29 باخرة تابعة لسبع شركات بمختلف الخطوط البحرية التي تربط الموانئ المغربية بنظيراتها في إسبانيا وفرنسا وإيطاليا، وذلك لضمان تأمين أكثر من 535 رحلة أسبوعية بسعة قصوى تقدر ب 500 آلف مسافر و130 ألف عربة كل اسبوع.
وفي نفس السياق، استعرض الوزير خلال خلال هذا اللقاء مختلف الإجراءات التي اتخذتها الوزارة من أجل إنجاح هذه العملية، لا سيما تلك المرتبطة بتوفير عرض نقل بحري يستجيب للتدفقات المنتظرة، وتنويع الخطوط البحرية وضمان التزام السفن المعنية بالقواعد البحرية الوطنية والدولية، خاصة تلك المتعلقة بالسلامة والأمن البحريين، إضافة إلى مراقبة جودة الخدمات المقدمة على متن السفن و تتبع أسعار الرحلات وإعادة اعتماد الحجز المسبق للتذاكر في كافة الخطوط المعنية بعملية العبور، الإجراء الذي ساهم في ضمان انسيابية التدفقات وتفادي تفعيل آلية تبادلية التذاكر.
وأشاد السيد عبد الجليل بالمجهودات المبذولة من طرف كافة المتدخلين لإنجاح عملية “مرحبا 2024″، منوها بمستوى التنسيق الذي تعرفه هذه العملية على المستوى الوطني والثنائي من كافة المتدخلين.
من جانبه سلط أمين الكرم، مدير شرطة الموانئ بالوكالة الوطنية للموانئ، الضوء على المجهودات التي قامت بها الوكالة في إطار هذه العملية، خاصة التدابير التي تم اتخاذها على مستوى مينائي الناظور والحسيمة، من أجل ضمان عبور سلس للجالية المغربية المقيمة بالخارج.
ونوه المسؤول بخطة عمل الوكالة التي تقوم على تعزيز البنية التحتية المينائية الضرورية، من خلال تمديد أرصفة المحطة البحرية بميناء الناظور واستكمال أشغال المحطة الجديدة بهذا الأخير، إلى جانب تعبئة الموارد البشرية اللازمة بتعاون مع كافة المتدخلين في العملية.
يشار إلى أن هذا اللقاء الذي نظمته وزارة النقل واللوجستيك، عرف حضور شركات النقل البحري المغربية والأجنبية، بالإضافة إلى ممثلي السلطات المينائية المغربية.
