ألقى الحرس المدني في سبتة القبض على سائق سيارة بعد اكتشاف كمية كبيرة من المخدرات مخبأة داخل مركبته قادما من الفنيدق، حيث تم العثور على 115.5 كيلوغرامًا من راتنج الحشيش موزعة في أماكن مختلفة من السيارة، بما في ذلك الجوانب السفلية والأرضية الداخلية. العملية جاءت بعد تفتيش دقيق أجرته وحدات الحرس التي استخدمت أدوات متخصصة للكشف عن المواد المخدرة.
تم ضبط السائق باعتباره الشاغل الوحيد للسيارة، ووجهت إليه تهمة ارتكاب جريمة ضد الصحة العامة، حيث جرى تقديمه أمام محكمة التعليم التابعة للحرس المدني في سبتة للنظر في القضية. كما تم نقل المخدرات المضبوطة إلى السلطات الصحية في المنطقة لإجراءات المعاينة والحفظ، بينما وُضعت السيارة تحت تصرف الجهات القضائية المختصة.
