وكان المشتبه فيها قد عرّضت الضحية مساء يوم الخميس المنصرم 17 اكتوبر الجاري للضرب و الجرح باستعمال سلاح ابيضّ ، وهي الأفعال الإجرامية التي شكلت موضوع شريط فيديو منشور على صفحات مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، قبل أن تسفر الأبحاث التقنية والتحريات الميدانية عن تحديد هوية المُعتدية وتوقيفها.
وتم إيداع السيدة الموقوفة، تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية رهن إشارة البحث القضائي، للكشف عن ملابسات القضية وتحديد خلفيات ارتكاب هذا الاعتداء .
