جنايات طنجة تستدعي أطر ومستخدمي المحافظة العقارية ببني مكادة
استدعت غرفة الجنايات بمحكمة الاستئناف في طنجة مجموعة من الأطر والمستخدمين العاملين بالمحافظة العقارية في منطقة بني مكادة، للاستماع إليهم في إطار التحقيق المتعلق بمجموعة من الملفات التي يتابع فيها الموظف السابق، “م. ا.”.
وتأتي هذه الاستدعاءات ضمن إجراءات تقصي الخروقات المرتبطة بتهم التزوير في عدد من الرسوم العقارية، التي أثارت الكثير من الجدل في المدينة قبل حوالي السنة.
ووفقاً لمصادر مطلعة، فإن القضية تهم شبهات تزوير مست وثائق عقارية حساسة، ما قد يكشف عن تجاوزات خطيرة في طريقة إدارة بعض الملفات داخل المحافظة. ومن المتوقع أن يساعد الاستماع إلى الشهود من الموظفين والمستخدمين في تسليط الضوء على تفاصيل العمليات المشبوهة وتحديد مدى تورط الأشخاص المتهمين فيها.
وتشير المعطيات المتوفرة إلى أن الاستماع إلى الشهود، قد يكشف عن حقائق جديدة قد تغير مسار الملف بالكامل، خصوصاً أن الاتهامات تشمل شبكة من الأفراد يشتبه في تورطهم في تسهيل عمليات التزوير واستغلال النفوذ.
