تم توقيع عقد شراكة بين المندوبية الإقليمية لوزارة الصحة( مستشفى الرازي للأمراض العقلية بمدينة طنجة) وسبع جمعيات من المجتمع المدني تنشط بالمدينة: جمعية بسمة أمل للأعمال الاجتماعية والصحية والتنموية، جمعية السقف الحنين، جمعية باقي الخير، جمعية الريان للأطفال التوحديين، جمعية الوفاء للتربية والتعليم الأولي، جمعية المثال للمرأة والطفل، وجمعية فرصة للتنمية الاجتماعية والفن والثقافة.
وتهدف هذه الشراكة إلى تعزيز التعاون لدعم برامج الرعاية النفسية والاجتماعية في المستشفى، وتقديم خدمات أساسية للمرضى، مثل توفير الملابس الموسمية والمستلزمات اليومية، وتكثيف جهود التوعية حول أهمية الصحة النفسية والوقاية من الأمراض المزمنة.
ويأتي هذا التعاون في إطار برنامج الشراكة بين مؤسسات المجتمع المدني ووزارة الصحة لدعم القطاع الصحي وتجويد الخدمات المقدمة، بما يضمن تكاملًا فعّالًا بين الرعاية الصحية والخدمات الاجتماعية، ويزيد من عدد المستفيدين والمستفيدات من العلاج، ويعزز الوعي العام بأهمية الصحة النفسية، واجتناب الأضرار النفسية والاجتماعية.
وفي هذا السياق، عبّرت الجمعيات عن التزامها بتفعيل المقاربة التشاركية، وتوفير الظروف الملائمة للمرضى، وتنفيذ الأنشطة التوعوية والاجتماعية والصحية المرتبطة بمجال الصحة النفسية، فيما أشار مدير مستشفى الرازي، “محمد حسون”، إلى أهمية هذه الشراكة في تحسين جودة الرعاية، مؤكدًا على سعي الأطراف المتعاقدة لتحقيق أهداف الاتفاقية وتعزيز الخدمات المقدمة للمرضى والمجتمع.
