بفضل معلومات دقيقة من المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني المغربية (ديستي)، تمكنت السلطات الإسبانية من اعتقال مشتبه به مرتبط بتنظيم “داعش” في مليلية المحتلة، كان يخطط لتنفيذ عمليات انتحارية.
وجرت العملية، التي نفذتها الأجهزة الأمنية الإسبانية فجر الثلاثاء، بتعليمات من المحكمة الوطنية، وشملت تفتيش منزلين في حي “باريو هبريو”.
وأكدت السلطات الإسبانية أهمية التعاون الاستخباراتي مع المغرب في إحباط التهديدات الإرهابية، مشيرة إلى تصاعد المخاطر في مليلية بسبب موقعها الاستراتيجي كمعبر بين إفريقيا وأوروبا.
