أحالت المصلحة الولائية للشرطة القضائية بمدينة فاس، أمس الجمعة 29 نوفمبر، ثمانية أشخاص إلى النيابة العامة المختصة، بينهم ممرضة وشخص يعمل بمعشبة، للاشتباه في تورطهم في ترويج أدوية بدون ترخيص وتسهيل عمليات إجهاض غير قانونية.
تم توقيف إحدى المشتبه فيهن في حالة تلبس بحيازة 50 قرصًا طبيًا يُستخدم لتسهيل الإجهاض، وكشفت التحقيقات عن تورطها في تزويد هذه الأقراص لممرضة تعمل في مركز طبي بفاس.
وخلال تفتيش منزل المشتبه فيها الثانية، تم العثور على 49 قرصًا إضافيًا، إلى جانب معدات طبية، أدوية، عقاقير تُستخدم في الإجهاض، شواهد طبية، أجهزة اختبار الحمل، ومبالغ مالية يُعتقد أنها مرتبطة بهذا النشاط الإجرامي.
وأسفرت التحقيقات المستمرة عن توقيف باقي المتورطين، وإخضاعهم لتحقيقات قضائية تحت إشراف النيابة العامة لتحديد جميع الأفعال الإجرامية المنسوبة إليهم.
وقد قررت النيابة العامة بالمحكمة الابتدائية بفاس إيداع اثنتين من المشتبه فيهن بالسجن المحلي في انتظار المحاكمة، فيما تم متابعة الآخرين في حالة سراح.
