أكدت وزيرة الاقتصاد والمالية، نادية فتاح، يوم الأربعاء بالرباط، على ضرورة العمل الجماعي لتحسين آليات التمويل المستدام للتنمية في إفريقيا وتحرير إمكانات النمو التي تزخر بها القارة.
جاء ذلك خلال افتتاح الدورة الخامسة لمنتدى الاستثمار الإفريقي.
وأوضحت الوزيرة أن تحقيق الطفرة المنشودة للقارة يرتبط بشكل وثيق بقدرة دولها على الوصول إلى التمويلات اللازمة لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة بحلول عام 2030 وأجندة الاتحاد الإفريقي 2063.
وشددت نادية فتاح على أهمية دور المؤسسات المالية الدولية في تعزيز تعبئة الرساميل الخاصة بجانب الموارد العامة لزيادة تمويل اقتصادات الدول الإفريقية.
وأبرزت الحاجة إلى تمكين القطاع الخاص من القيام بدوره الكامل في سد فجوة تمويل التنمية، مشيرة إلى الجهود المبذولة من البنوك التنموية متعددة الأطراف في هذا الصدد.
وأكدت الوزيرة أن الإصلاحات الهيكلية الوطنية، مثل تعزيز التخطيط وتصميم مشاريع مالية قابلة للتنفيذ، تحتاج إلى دعم أكبر من الشركاء الدوليين.
كما دعت إلى تحسين بيئة الأعمال وتعزيز الأسس الاقتصادية الماكروية لتغيير التصورات السلبية حول مخاطر الاستثمار في القارة.
كما سلطت الضوء على أهمية إنشاء شبكة أمان مالي عالمي فعالة، تسهل الوصول السريع إلى السيولة، وتخفض مخاطر الاستثمار، خصوصا في ظل النقاشات الجارية حول إصلاح النظام المالي العالمي.
وتطرقت الوزيرة إلى التحديات التي تواجه الدول الإفريقية، مثل ارتفاع ديونها، مستويات البطالة بين الشباب، وأزمات الغذاء والطاقة والتغير المناخي.
وأكدت أن الشراكات الاستراتيجية يجب أن تكون في صلب سياسات البنوك التنموية متعددة الأطراف لتنفيذ مشاريع تحولية كبرى.
وفي ختام كلمتها، أكدت نادية فتاح دعم حكومة المغرب لمنتدى الاستثمار الإفريقي ولكل المبادرات الدولية التي تسعى إلى تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في إفريقيا، انسجاما مع رؤية الملك محمد السادس لإفريقيا مزدهرة ومستقلة اقتصاديا.
