حصلت المغربية ضحى المدني على جائزة أفضل لاعبة شابة في إفريقيا لعام 2024، خلال حفل توزيع جوائز الأفضل الذي نظمه الاتحاد الإفريقي لكرة القدم (الكاف) اليوم الإثنين في مدينة مراكش.
وتفوقت ضحى على كل من المصرية حبيبة صبري والنيجيرية تشيماكا أوكووتشوكو لتنال هذا التتويج المميز.
