صادق مجلس الحكومة خلال اجتماعه الأسبوعي، اليوم الخميس، على مشروع مرسوم يحدد قائمة الرخص الاستثنائية المخصصة للقضاة، بالإضافة إلى الأمراض التي تخول لهم الحق في الاستفادة من رخص مرضية متوسطة وطويلة الأمد.
ويأتي هذا المشروع، الذي قدمه وزير العدل عبد اللطيف وهبي، تطبيقا لأحكام القانون التنظيمي للنظام الأساسي للقضاة، بهدف تنظيم وضبط آليات استفادة القضاة من هذه الرخص.
كما يتضمن إحالة إلى قرار للرئيس المنتدب للمجلس الأعلى للسلطة القضائية لتحديد كيفية تطبيق هذه الإجراءات.
