وذكر بلاغ للمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني أن مصالح الأمن الوطني بمنطقة عين الشق بمدينة الدار البيضاء كانت قد باشرت، زوال أمس الاثنين، إجراءات معاينة جثة الهالك الذي تعرض لمحاولة السرقة المتبوعة باعتداء جسدي خطير كان سببا في وفاته، وذلك قبل أن تسفر الأبحاث والتحريات الميدانية المكثفة، مدعومة بالخبرات التقنية، عن استجلاء حقيقة هذه القضية وتشخيص هوية المشتبه فيه المتورط في ارتكابها.
وأضاف البلاغ أن عمليات البحث والتفتيش مكنت من حجز السكين المستخدم في ارتكاب هذه الجريمة، وحجز الملابس التي كان يرتديها المشتبه فيه بمسرح اقتراف هذه الأفعال الإجرامية، والتي تمت إحالتها على مختبر الشرطة العلمية التابع لمعهد العلوم والأدلة الجنائية للأمن الوطني من أجل إخضاعها للخبرات الضرورية.
وختم البلاغ بأنه تم إيداع المشتبه فيه، البالغ من العمر 20 سنة، تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية على خلفية البحث الذي تجريه الشرطة القضائية تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك لتحديد كافة الظروف والملابسات المحيطة بارتكاب هذه الجريمة، والكشف عن دوافعها وخلفياتها الحقيقية.
