أفادت المندوبية السامية للتخطيط بأنه من المنتظر أن يتراجع معدل نمو أسعار الاستهلاك، على الرغم من كونه ما يزال مرتفعا، خلال الفصل الثاني من 2023 للمرة الأولى منذ ستة فصول متتالية من الارتفاع المستمر، حيث سيبلغ 7,1 في المائة، حسب التغير السنوي، مقابل 9,1 في المائة برسم الفصل السابق.
وأوضحت المندوبية، في موجز حول الظرفية الاقتصادية للفصل الثاني من سنة 2023 وتوقعات الفصل الثالث، أن هذا التراجع يعزى إلى انخفاض أسعار المنتجات غير الغذائية بأكثر من النصف (زائد 1,4 في المائة) مقابل زائد 3,5 في المائة برسم الفصل السابق، وإلى تقلص طفيف في وتيرة نمو أسعار المنتجات الغذائية من زائد 17,6 في المائة إلى زائد 15,5 في المائة.
ويرجح المصدر ذاته أن يكون تراجع الضغوط التضخمية على مستوى الأسواق العالمية قد ساهم في انخفاض أسعار الطاقة وتباطؤ أسعار المواد الغذائية.
وأشارت المندوبية السامية للتخطيط إلى أن المساهمة السلبية لأسعار الطاقة (ناقص 0,5 نقطة) وتباطؤ أسعار المنتجات المصنعة، الناجم عن تراجع أسعار شراء المركبات والأجهزة المنزلية القابلة للاستهلاك السريع، من شأنهما أن يساهما في تدني وتيرة نمو أسعار المنتجات غير الغذائية.
ومن المرتقب أن يساهم انخفاض أسعار المنتجات الغذائية بمقدار نقطة واحدة، مقارنة مع الفصل السابق، في خفض أسعار المنتجات الغذائية، وذلك في ظل تراجع مساهمة أسعار المواد الغذائية غير الطازجة، ولا سيما تلك المتعلقة بزيت المائدة والحبوب غير المصنعة ومنتجات الحبوب.
في المقابل، يتوقع أن تستمر أسعار المنتجات الطازجة في الارتفاع لتصل مساهمتها في تطور أسعار الاستهلاك إلى زائد 2,5 نقطة، مما يعكس الارتفاع المحسوس في أسعار الحوامض والفواكه والخضروات الطازجة.
وتعزى قلة العرض المرتبط بالمنتجات الفلاحية إلى استمرار ضعف التساقطات وارتفاع تكاليف الإنتاج والتوزيع، مما سيعيق سرعة وتيرة تباطؤ معدل تضخم المنتجات الغذائية الطازجة.
وعلاوة على ذلك، ستعرف أسعار الخدمات ارتفاعا طفيفا سيهم بالأساس خدمات النقل الجوي والمطاعم والاستشارات الطبية.
وفي نفس السياق، يتوقع أن يتراجع معدل التضخم الكامن الذي يستثني الأسعار المقننة والمواد ذات السعر المتقلب ليستقر عند زائد 6,5 في المائة خلال الفصل الثاني من سنة 2023، حسب التغير السنوي، عوض نسبة زائد 8,2 في المائة المسجلة خلال الفصل السابق، وذلك عقب انخفاض معدل تصاعد أسعار المنتجات الغذائية غير الطازجة وتلك المصنعة.
