بعد الشكاية التي تقدم بها مجموعة من النشطاء المدنيين والفاعلين الجمعويين بمدينة القصر الكبير سنة 2021، في حق رئيس المجلس الجماعي للمدينة محمد السيمو في قضايا تتعلق بالفساد السياسي وتبذير المال العام، يمثل اليوم أمام قاصي التحقيق في غرفة جرائم الأموال بالرباط.
وحسب مصادر موثوقة، فإنه ومباشرة بعد انتهاء التحقيقات التي كانت قد باشرتها الفرقة الوطنية للشرطة القضائية في وقت سابق، يجري مساء الثلاثاء 26 دجنبر الجاري، تقديم 12 فردا من بينهم مقاولون ومنتخبون جماعيون وموردون وعلى رأسهم البرلماني ورئيس المجلس الجماعي لمدينة القصر الكبير، عن حزب التجمع الوطني للأحرار، محمد السيمو، أمام قاضي التحقيق بعد إحالتهم من طرف الوكيل العام لدى محكمة جرائم الاموال بالرباط، بتهم تتعلق بالفساد المالي.
وأكدت نفس المصادر، أنه سيتم الإستماع للسيمو ومن معه على خلفية تهم واختلالات مرتبطة بالفترة السابقة لرئاسته للمجلس الجماعي للقصر الكبير، ومن ضمنها قضية “القاعة المغطاة” ، و النزاع حول القطعة العرضية قرب السور الموحدي بجماعة القصر الكبير، والاختلالات المتعلقة بطريق ولاد احمايد ، بالإضافة إلى قضايا أخرى .
