عبّر هلال الطاير، مدرب اتحاد طنجة، عن استيائه بعد الخسارة أمام نهضة زمامرة، حيث أشار إلى أن الفريق واجه تحديات كبيرة، خاصة مع غياب الراحة الكافية والإرهاق الذي أثر على أداء اللاعبين في المباراة.
وأكد المدرب أن فريقه كان يدرك أن النتيجة كان عليهم حسمها في الشوط الأول أو خلال الـ60 دقيقة الأولى، لأنهم توقعوا أن تنخفض لياقتهم البدنية مع مرور الوقت، نظرًا لعدم توفر بدائل كافية على دكة الاحتياط.
وأضاف الطاير في الندوة الصحافية التي عقبت المقابلة، أن الفريق استطاع خلق عدة فرص للتسجيل خلال الشوط الأول، لكن غياب التركيز والتسرع في إنهاء الهجمات حال دون استثمارها بشكل جيد. كما أشاد بالالتزام الذي أبداه اللاعبون رغم الصعوبات، مشيرًا إلى أن الفريق لا يزال يحظى باحترام الجماهير، وأن الهزيمة لا تعني فقدان الروح القتالية.
وأشار المدرب إلى أن الإرهاق البدني كان عاملاً حاسمًا في انخفاض إيقاع الفريق في الشوط الثاني، مشددًا على أن الظروف الصعبة التي عاشها الفريق، بما في ذلك السفر المتكرر في الأيام الأخيرة، أثرت سلبًا على الأداء. كما نوّه بأن اللاعبين بذلوا مجهودات كبيرة، ورغم الهزيمة، إلا أنهم ظهروا بروح التضحية والالتزام.
واختتم حديثه بالتأكيد على أن الفريق سيواصل العمل الجاد استعدادًا للمباراة المقبلة ضد النادي الرياضي السالمي، معربًا عن أمله في استعادة الفريق لتوازنه وتجاوز الظروف الصعبة.
كما دعا إلى ضرورة تحسين أداء التحكيم، خاصة في ظل الجدل المتزايد حول قرارات الحكام وتقنية “الفار” منذ بداية الموسم.
