أصدرت المحكمة الابتدائية بتطوان، مساء أمس الأربعاء، حكمها في حق مواطنة جزائرية أثارت ضجة إعلامية كبيرة على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، خلال أحداث الهجرة الجماعية التي شهدتها مدينة الفنيدق المتاخمة لسبتة المحتلة يوم 15 شتنبر الماضي.
وحكم قاضي المحكمة على المعنية بالأمر بثمانية أشهر حبسا نافذا وغرامة مالية قدرها 5000 درهم.
وتوبعت للمعنية بالأمر تهمة التحريض على الهجرة السرية والتصريح لوسائل الإعلام بادعاءات كاذبة، وذلك وفقًا لما جاء به المشرع المغربي في القانون رقم 02.03، الذي ينص على أن كل من تورط في الهجرة غير الشرعية أو المساعدة عليها أو تنظيمها، يعاقب حسب المواد 50، 51 و52 منه بعقوبات حبسية ومالية.
وكانت عناصر الدرك الملكي بمنطقة بليونش القريبة من سبتة قد أوقفت، مطلع شهر أكتوبر الجاري، المواطنة الجزائرية رفقة فتاتين مغربيتين، وبعد التحقيق معها تحت تدابير الحراسة النظرية، قررت النيابة العامة المختصة إحالتها على السجن المحلي بتطوان.
