يستعد الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (الفيفا) لافتتاح مكتب تمثيلي في المغرب، في خطوة تهدف إلى دعم استعدادات المملكة لاستضافة كأس العالم 2030.
وحسب صحيفة “ليكونوميست”، من المتوقع أن يضم مكتب الفيفا المزمع إنشاؤه، على الأرجح في الرباط، نحو 300 موظف، يعملون على تحضيرات البطولة في المغرب حتى عام 2030.
وأشارت الصحيفة إلى أن هؤلاء الموظفين يدفعون ضرائبهم في سويسرا، وأن الحكومة المغربية لا تنوي إخضاعهم لضريبة مزدوجة. ويأتي هذا الإعفاء الضريبي ضمن حزمة تشجيعية تهدف إلى تحفيز الفيفا على فتح مكتبه الإقليمي في الرباط، ودعم نمو أنشطته في المملكة والمنطقة.
كما تخطط الحكومة لمنح الفيفا إعفاءات ضريبية تشمل ضريبة الشركات، ضريبة الدخل، ضريبة القيمة المضافة، ورسوم التسجيل، بالإضافة إلى الإعفاء من الضريبة على الدخل الناتج عن الأسهم والدخل المماثل.
