أكد أحمد الريسوني، الرئيس السابق لحركة التوحيد والإصلاح، أن التعديلات التي أُدخلت على مدونة الأسرة تتعلق بمسائل فقهية وقانونية قابلة للاجتهاد والتعديل.
وفي تصريح عممه على وسائل الإعلام، أوضح الريسوني أن الإشكال يكمن في النهج الرسمي المتبع في الاجتهاد، والذي يركز على فرض قيود وضغوط متزايدة على الرجل في مختلف مراحل حياته: قبل الزواج، أثناءه، بعد الطلاق، وحتى بعد الوفاة.
وأشار الريسوني إلى أن هذا التوجه قد يؤدي إلى تفاقم المشاكل الاجتماعية، مما سينعكس سلبًا على الأسرة والمجتمع، وبالأخص على المرأة.
واعتبر أن هذه الإجراءات قد تدفع الشباب إلى العزوف عن الزواج، نتيجة للخوف منه، في ظل الإغراءات التي تقدمها حياة العزوبية والعلاقات الحرة.
وأضاف أن المرأة قد تحصل على مزيد من الحقوق والصلاحيات، لكن ذلك سيجعل العثور على شريك للحياة الزوجية أكثر صعوبة.
واختتم بالقول إن الأمر قد يصل إلى حد تطبيق ما وصفه بـ”الحل الهندوسي”، حيث تضطر المرأة إلى تقديم مهر كبير للرجل ليوافق على الزواج.
