شهدت مصالح ولاية طنجة استنفارا كبيرا، خاصة قسم الشؤون الداخلية، إثر تورط عون سلطة برتبة شيخ يعمل بالملحقة الإدارية التاسعة، في إصدار شهادة عزوبة لمواطن مغربي مقيم بإسبانيا، استغلها لعقد قرانه على زوجة ثانية دون علم زوجته الأولى.
وحسب مصادر مطلعة، فإن المواطن لجأ إلى عون السلطة للحصول على شهادة الخطوبة التي مكنته من الزواج بالزوجة الثانية، بعد أن وعدها بالاستقرار معه في إسبانيا.
إلا أن الأمور تعقدت عندما علمت الزوجة الأولى بالخبر، لتقدم شكاية رسمية لدى مصالح ولاية طنجة ووكيل الملك بالمحكمة الابتدائية، متهمة زوجها وعون السلطة بالتلاعب بالقانون.
المصادر ذاتها أفادت بأن ولاية جهة طنجة تطوان الحسيمة أحالت عون السلطة المعني على المجلس التأديبي لفتح تحقيق في القضية، بينما لم يتخذ أي إجراء قانوني مباشر في حقه حتى الآن، في انتظار استكمال البحث.
من جهة أخرى، أصدرت المحكمة الابتدائية حكما بإدانة الزوج بشهرين حبسا موقوف التنفيذ، وهو حكم لم يرض الزوجة الأولى، ما دفعها إلى استئناف القضية للمطالبة بإعادة النظر في الحكم.
القضية التي أثارت جدلا واسعا تطرح تساؤلات حول مدى الالتزام بمراقبة الإجراءات الإدارية ومنع استغلال الثغرات القانونية لتحقيق مكاسب شخصية.
