“ألو ربحت معنا!”.. محتال يوقع بمسؤولين قضائيين في فخ التزوير والاحتيال
أصدرت محكمة مراكش حكما بالإدانة في حق المدعو إدريس (من مواليد 1995)، بعد تورطه في قضايا تتعلق بالاحتيال، التزوير، التهديد، وإخفاء أشياء متحصلة من جرائم.
وجاء توقيفه بتاريخ 9 سبتمبر 2023 بناءا على مذكرة اعتقال صادرة بحقه.
وحسب المعلومات المتوفرة، فإن المتهم، وهو مصلح دراجات ينحدر من حي شويبير الجنوبي بمدينة جرسيف، قد تورط في عمليات تزوير واستغلال وثائق مزيفة لأغراض غير قانونية، إضافة إلى ممارسات احتيالية استهدفت شخصيات مختلفة، من بينهم مسؤولون قضائيون وموظفون بمدينة مراكش.
وقد بلغت قيمة الأموال التي استولى عليها من أحد الضحايا 7 ملايين سنتيم.
كما أظهرت التحقيقات أن إدريس كان يستدرج ضحاياه عبر مكالمات هاتفية احتيالية، منتحلا صفة جهات رسمية، مستخدما أسلوب “ألو، ربحت معنا”، وهو ما أكدته تسجيلات صوتية منتشرة توثق هذه الممارسات.
وتأتي هذه الإدانة في إطار الجهود الأمنية المتواصلة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة، خاصة تلك المتعلقة بالتزوير والاحتيال، لما تشكله من تهديد على سلامة المعاملات القانونية وسمعة المؤسسات الرسمية.
